wanna share something bout this..

cor pulmonale..

causes : tekanan darah tinggi
ataupun disebabkan penyakit paru2..

tgk,nmpk right ventricle of the heart membesar..

bile dah dy besar,oxygen demand tinggi,last2 dy dah x bole nak function well.

n darah jugak dah tidak boleh nak dihantar ke paru-pau untuk pertukaran oxygen 

n carbon diokside..

nie pulak pulmonary infarction..
causes : x cukup oxygen lead to cell death..
bile dah cell mati,dy x boleh nak function lg..
so,pertukaran darah n oxygen pun x boleh nak berlaku..

nmpak x yg warne merah tu,tu la cell yg dah mati..
nape nmpak kemerahan? because saluran darah kite dah pecah n 

terkumpul kat situ..

dah lame2 dy bole jd bernanah! so beware..
lung tumour also one of the causes..because it compress the blood vessels..bile compress

blodd vessels,x cukupla oxygen untuk dihantar ke tissue..

ataupun sebab lung kite dah destruct kat mane2 so,akan 

mengganggu perjalanan darah and

lastly lead to hypertension!
